  • Financial Information: Payment details for your 30-day subscription and payment processing via our third-party provider, Finix. LabNCloud does not store full credit card numbers directly.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform (e.g., login times, features accessed).

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
  • Verify your business identity for Finix merchant approval.
  • Process subscription payments and facilitate lab invoicing.

4. Data Security & HIPAA Compliance

We implement strict physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA):

  • LabNCloud acts as a Business Associate, and we expect participating laboratories to act as Covered Entities.
  • We maintain end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest.
  • We enforce access controls ensuring that Protected Health Information (PHI) is only accessible to authorized personnel.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share necessary data with trusted third parties solely for the purpose of providing our services. LabNCloud and Patriot Dental Supplies LLC are not responsible for the privacy practices, actions, or data breaches of these third-party platforms. These integrations include:

  • Finix: For merchant verification and payment processing. Standard business details and transaction amounts are securely passed via their API.
  • Shippo: For generating courier shipping labels and tracking packages. Lab return addresses and recipient addresses are shared to facilitate label creation.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure: To securely store encrypted databases and application files.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. If you wish to terminate your account and remove your active data, please contact customer support. Please note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal or compliance reasons.
