Lab N Cloud handles the full billing lifecycle. Create invoice drafts from case service line items, finalize or void them, and generate PDF billing statements with custom date ranges. We're fully integrated with Finix for online credit card payments — doctors can pay from their portal, and funds go straight to your merchant account. You can also record manual payments, apply credits, and manage per-doctor billing ledgers with full transaction history.
Absolutely. Lab N Cloud is fully integrated with Shippo for real-time carrier rate quotes (UPS, FedEx, USPS), one-click label purchase, and automatic tracking updates. You can also generate prepaid return labels for doctors, batch-print multiple labels, share one label across multiple cases going to the same address, and manage daily shipping manifests — all without leaving the app.
The Digital Bridge connects your scanning systems directly to Lab N Cloud. We support 3Shape, DS Core, Medit, and iTero via dedicated bridge integrations, plus our own LabNCloud Digital Cases for native submissions. Incoming digital cases appear in a unified inbox where you can preview, accept, or reject them. It supports chunked file downloads for large STL/DICOM files, secure API key authentication, and real-time heartbeat monitoring so you always know the bridge is connected.
Yes — a full time clock system is built in. Employees clock in/out via personal PIN or QR code. There's a dedicated Android kiosk app for tablet clock-in stations. Managers can view and edit timesheets, approve or deny PTO requests, and export data as CSV for payroll. You can even design and print custom employee ID cards with QR codes and your lab logo.
Yes! Lab N Cloud includes real-time threaded messaging between your lab and each doctor. You can send and receive file attachments (photos, PDFs, STLs) directly in the chat. Live typing indicators and message polling give it a true instant messaging feel — no more email chains or phone tag.
Lab N Cloud supports full role-based access control. Create custom roles with granular permissions — control who can see cases, manage billing, access settings, modify pricing, or manage the time clock.
